working principle
pl waterfall thick powder separator is a static powder separator without rotary components inside. it is mainly composed of grid plates which aligned in parallel to each other on a ladder shape. the material to be screened and selected is fallen on the ladder in a trapezoidal form. there is air flow moving, which can separate the fine powder from the material and deliver it to the outlet. by regulating the air flow, it is possible to adjust the grain size distribution and flow speed for the coarse material and fine powder. in addition, during the process of grading, the coagulated material can also be well crushed by striking on the ladder, resulting in improving grading efficiency.
